If someone had told me a few years ago that I would start an accounting firm with Enrique, I would have had a hard time believing it. Enrique and I go way back, all the way to high school. Even back then, we shared similar values: hard work, family, and a constant desire to improve.

After high school, we each went our own way. I chose accounting. Enrique, on the other hand, nurtured the dream of becoming an entrepreneur and opening his own financial planning firm. We often met up in a little local café to study together. We helped each other out, shared our dreams, and little by little, our bond grew stronger.

After university, we each dove into our careers. I worked at an accounting firm as a project manager and financial controller, while Enrique went into financial services. Despite our different paths, we always stayed in touch. Then one day, Enrique called me. He had an idea in mind: why not join forces to create something bigger?

Honestly, the first time he mentioned it to me in 2022, it wasn’t the right time. I had just become a mother, and both my professional and personal life were already quite busy. I had to focus on my family, and starting a firm at that moment seemed simply impossible. But Enrique didn’t give up. Two years later, he came back with renewed energy and a stronger team, thanks in part to his partner Étienne Bédard. It’s funny to think about that moment because after all those nights studying in a café, it was again in a café where Enrique and Étienne joined me to talk about Tùs Accounting Services for the first time. Their vision was clear: they wanted me to play a leading role, heading up this new venture, guiding its direction and development.

Today, I’m proud to say that our firm is much more than just a partnership. It’s the culmination of our friendship, our passions, and a shared vision: to support our clients at every stage of their lives, with diligence, integrity, and above all, a human approach.
